Using a clean Taxi-esque white/black colorway as the base, Jordan Brand adds some flora to the overall appeal via an embroidery of attractive blossoms, shooting out from the mid-foot section of the shoe.

A further connection can be made by the Japanese influence of the Air Jordan 12’s design; the stitching on the upper was meant to mimic the Rising Sun motif of the country’s flag, while cherry blossoms are considered a treasured bit of nature with heavy significance on Japanese culture.
