The Air Jordan 9 Retro BG ‘Kobe’ released in November 2016 alongside its adult-sized counterpart. The Lakers-inspired color scheme replicates the Jordan 9 PE that Kobe wore during a period of sneaker free agency throughout the 2002-03 NBA season. The mid-top features a white leather upper accented with patent leather overlays in Concord and pops of Tour Yellow on the shoe’s various branding elements.
